2. Order Processing & Delivery Times
To give customers a clear idea of when their order should arrive, our standard delivery schedule is:

- Transit/Shipping Time: 3 to 5 business days (Mon–Sat)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect delivery.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation containing your tracking information.
Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to become active or show movement in the carrier’s tracking system.
4. Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping information is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or the package may be returned to us. Please contact our support team immediately if you notice an address error after placing your order.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package is significantly delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
For damaged shipments, we may request photographs of the product and its packaging to help us investigate the matter and work with the carrier when necessary.
6. Order Cancellations Before Shipment
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible.
Cancellation requests can generally be considered before the order has entered processing or been shipped. Once a package has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled through the shipping process.
