At E T Electronics, we want you to feel confident when purchasing from our store. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations or there is an issue with your order, our team is available to help you through the return and refund process.
1. Return Period
We offer a 28 -day return window beginning on the date your order is delivered.
- Returns may be requested for eligible defective and non-defective products.
- The return request must be submitted within 28 days of delivery.
- Returns requested after the 28 -day period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, the product should:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Include the original packaging and included accessories, where applicable
- Be accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase
- All returns are handled by mail.

3. Return Shipping
For returns that are not related to a defect, damage, or fulfillment error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us before returning it. We will review the situation and provide appropriate return instructions.
Original shipping charges, where applicable, may not be refundable.
4. No Restocking Fee
E T Electronics does not charge a restocking fee on approved returns.
5. How to Request a Return
Please contact our customer support team before sending your product back.
Include:
- Your order number
- Product name or description
- Reason for the return
- Photos, if the product is damaged or defective
Once your request has been reviewed, we’ll provide the appropriate return instructions.
Important: Please do not send a return to our business address until our team has provided return instructions.
6. Refunds
Once your returned product arrives, it may be inspected to confirm that it meets the applicable return requirements.
If your return is approved:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 business days.
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.
- Refunds are issued in United States Dollars (USD).
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong product, please contact us within 28 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for eligible products depending on inventory.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may instead provide a refund or another appropriate resolution.
9. Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.
Orders may generally be cancelled before processing or shipment begins. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead be handled through the applicable return process.
